Kenwood 12-Month Cooking/Baking Online Course Rewards Campaign
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Kenwood 12-Month Cooking/Baking Online Course Rewards Campaign (hereafter referred to as "the campaign") is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and above.
2. Participating Models:
Only purchases of the following Kenwood stand mixer models are eligible for participation in the campaign: KVL65, KVL85.004SI, KVL85.704SI, and KWL90.
3. Campaign Period:
The campaign promotion period is from 1 May to 31 July 2024. Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for participation unless otherwise communicated by Kenwood South Africa.
4. Registration and Claim Process:
a. Participants must purchase one of the participating stand mixer models from any authorized Kenwood retailers across South Africa.
b. Upon purchase, participants must scan a QR code provided by Kenwood to register for the campaign and claim their reward.
c. Registration and claim process must be completed within the campaign period to be considered valid.
5. Reward:
Participants who successfully register and claim their reward will receive a 12-month cooking or baking online course, valued at over R25000.

- You can begin your learning adventure right away! Simply choose the course you're most excited about from the Virtual Campus, and you're all set to dive in.
- This offer will allow you to take all Food and Beverage Accredited Online Courses for free, courses can be activated in the next 12 months after the voucher redemption.
- The offer is for one-time use only.
- Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
- The voucher is non-transferable and may not be refunded nor exchanged for cash.

- The voucher is valid for one (1) month from receipt.
6. Limited Availability:
There are only 800 places available for the online course rewards. Once these places are claimed, Kenwood will not be liable to provide additional rewards, even if participants have purchased eligible stand mixer models within the campaign period.
7. POPIA Compliance:
Kenwood respects the privacy of its participants and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in all aspects of the campaign. Participant data collected during the registration and claim process will be handled per Kenwood's privacy policy.
8. General Conditions:
a. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
b. Kenwood reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
c. Kenwood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
d. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Kenwood, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the campaign.
e. only 1 entry per machine and proof of purchase must be provided and not duplicated.
9. Governing Law:
The campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

11. By participating in the Kenwood 12-Month Cooking/Baking Online Course Rewards Campaign, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
